Served in the Region The Reverend Jan Rudinoff Jan Rudinoff received his BA at the Virginia Military Institute and MDiv at Virginia Theological Seminary. He was the rector of St. Michael and All Angels in Kauai, Hawaii, from 1974 to 2004. Rev. Jan is married to Paula Boranian with five grown children and three grandchildren. He is also a Vietnam Veteran. Rev. Rudinoff's priesthood focus has been a pastoral ministry with outreach to the homeless and those living on the fringes of society. In the mid 80's, he was the Vietnam Veterans Counselor on Kauai. Rev. Rudinoff also served as a chaplain to the Kauai Police Department and is co-author with The Rev. Roy Oswald of an Alban Institute paper, "Ministry in Resort Communities." Rev. Jan is a Certified (ICISF) Trainer of Critical Incident Pastorial Crisis Intervention, and currently is giving seminars to clergy and first responders.     Rev. Jan was the interim Missioner at St. Saviour's from 2004 to 2005.
